Fila-Mart is a DBA of JakeMakes LLC

Custom & Made-to-Order Products (JakeMakes)

All custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

If a production error or manufacturing defect is found upon receipt, you may request an exchange by contacting us within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue. Approved exchanges are available for local pickup/drop-off only — we do not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements.

Filament & Supplies (Fila-Mart)

Sealed, Unopened Products — Full Refund
Items returned in their original, sealed, and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Returns are accepted locally only. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

Opened Products with a Defect — Exchange
If a product has been opened and a defect is discovered, you may be eligible for an exchange provided that more than 50% of the filament remains, verified by spool weight. Contact us before returning anything to confirm eligibility.

Opened Products with a Defect — Partial Discount
If a defective product has been opened and 50% or less of the filament remains (verified by weight), we will offer 30% off a replacement spool of the same product, applied to your next order.

All return and exchange requests must be initiated by contacting us directly at info@jakemakes.shop.

Returns and exchanges are handled locally only. We do not arrange or cover shipping.

We reserve the right to assess each request individually and may decline those that do not meet the conditions above.
